I am currently neck and neck for the division lead only 1.5 pts down and both have been total drags on my team for over a month now. There isn't much in FA to get but the best options at MI are segura, simmons, nunez, and giovetelli and at OF are marte, gose, maxwell and parmelee. So what should I do stand pat or make a move?

Hard to find a reason to drop either of them for the options you have available. I would stay with what got you to this point.

but i don;t think i can live with a 274/320/171 slash line with 7 hrs and 14 rbis in 2 months?

I'd rather take the plunge with the proven talent than the waiver fodder that is out there.
