Picked up Parmalee last week but Rizzo is now available. Trying to save waiver moves for streaming pitchers. Think Rizzo is enough of an upgrade? He has been better as of late.

All depends on where you are in categories. I'd rather have Rizzo if there was no cost to streaming options. If you have a weekly limit, maybe grab Rizzo at the end of a week if you have spots left over. Rizzo should be better in Avg., not as much in HR (Parmelee has more power). What categories do you need?

I do agree with your analysis if categories do not matter. Rizzo is an upgrade but not enough to waste a pickup.
