Need an offensive boost

I'm in a 12 man h2h keeper league and my offense has been lagging lately. My lineup is below this post. I seem to be winning a lot of the pitching, but my offense has sputtered. Any ideas as to who I should trade and who I should target?

I would probably pass on this, but I'd like to know which draft picks are being exchanged. Bruce is a good player but not an ideal fit for your team. Kipnis is having a tremendous season while Phillips is getting older.
