Unethical or cunning use of the Yahoo DL loophole?

In a H2H league that allows 10 starts per week, I just lost 2 starts - both tomorrow (Darvish and Fister both scratched).
Due to DL issues I have absolutely nobody that is droppable, (already dropped 2 players to activate Bautista and Morrow) but i was desperate to get another start somehow.

soooooo...

I noticed Bautista still has the DL designation even though he was playing tonight, so I took him out of my lineup at the last second today and slid him back onto the DL, freeing up a roster slot. I then added a SP for tomorrow.

Anything wrong with this?
Would your opinion change if I had actually played Bautista today and then thrown him back onto the DL?

Nothing wrong with it at all - you get equally screwed in the other direction when you can't put a guy into the DL spot and pick a player up because the data provider is slow.

nothing in the rules saying you can't do it. I say it's smart.

there is another way to use your DL with a pitcher coming off the DL. lets say you ahve a pitcher starting tomorrow that you want to start. you can drop someone the day before to activate that pitcher for the start tomorrow. then because it takes time for yahoo to take away the DL beside that starting pitcher, you can put that starting pitcher back in that DL spot and add another player to your team until it's time for that starting pitchers next start. once that starting pitcher loses that DL later that day you wont be able to make any other roster moves though.
