does Andrew McCutchen get this? currently.. 1st in AVG - .349 1st in OBP - .414 2nd in SLG - .580 1st in OPS - .995 1st in R - 87 7th in HR - 24 13th in RBI - 76
Ryan Braun? .308/.384/.602/.986/ 34 HR/ 85 RBI/ 81 RBI/ 20 SB Braun won last year, but then tested positive for PED. he won his appeal, but I bet there are going to be voters who will not vote for him this season regardless of his numbers.
Buster Posey? .327/.403/.538/.940/ 19 HR/ 79 RBI/ 56 R Carlos Gonzalez? .317/.386/.537/.923/ 20 HR/ 79 RBI/ 78 R/ 16 SB Carlos Beltran? .278/.349/.531/.881/ 28 HR/ 85 RBI/ 69 RBI/ 13 SB Matt Holliday? .278/.349/.531/.881/ 23 HR/ 81 RBI/ 78 R/ ^ teammates and could take votes from each other.
McCutchen seems to have it for now. We'll see how the NL Central plays out and where Braun's numbers land, and how many votes he will garner after this preseason's controversy.
EDIT: Posey is a darkhorse that will get a lot of consideration.

With McCutchen trending down the last month, I think it's Braun right now, with Posey making a mad dash to the top, looks like the last few weeks will make or break any of the three.
They're not gonna give it to Braun, and the Mets are terrible (decidedly less terrible than usual or expected, but still terrible nonetheless), so... yeah, probably McCutchen. And he deserves it.

...or with the Brewers on in contention. That's basically why Kemp didn't win last season & that Dodgers team is likely better than what the Brewers are trotting out there right now.
Definitely Cutch at this point. With Posey and Beltran being the only challengers. With an additional wildcard team this year, voters will have less of an excuse for voting for playoff bound players over better players on nonplayoff teams.
