I know they've shut him down for the year. Guy is a superstar. Get him on your dynasty and deep keeper leagues now before it is too late.
He's going to be the Matt Moore of 2013.
Is this comment based on anything other than he'll be a rookie that gets drafted too high?
That's pretty much it. He's a young rookie with explosive K potential who may struggle at times with command. At least Harvey doesn't pitch in the AL East. I think he'll be useful next year for sure, but I'm expecting him to be inconsistent and slightly overrated. My feelings for Moore after watching 3-4 of his starts this year mirror my feelings for Harvey after seeing him pitch a few times.

The question is going to be how does he do when he doesn't have his stuff and when he faces a really good offense like the Cardinals who work deep into counts and then how he does when he starts to get tired mid season etc. He will eventually be a legit ace, I don't know about this year yet.
Seeing that his best stuff is unhittable (read: his slider and fastball in particular), he should have what it takes to grind out the starts where everything isn't going his way.
