I always tend to lean towards the hitter. I dont know the settings of your league, but if you can stream pitchers in and out that really drives down the value of every pitcher. If you have a high min. innings requirement with a weekly transaction limit I would go with Morrow....

If not (which is probably the case) go for the hitter even though Upton is pretty awful
