He has a short leash. I would probably go with Lopez from that list. Ryan Cook is no longer the closer in Oakland. If Balfour is available I would add him before the Lopez.

I read your post wrong. I thought that you had Francisco and the other guys were available. I would not pick up Francisco for any of those guys. Cook probably has a decent chance at getting the job back again. I'd drop Perkins for Balfour if possible. Perkins is splitting duties with Burton & the Twins won't generate a lot of chances anyway.
