Who to keep, Adam Jones or Jay Bruce?

I am in a 10 manager 10 keeper H2H league with 6x6 scoring. My keeper list is as follows.

M. Morse Wash
Rizzo Chi
Longoria TB
Castro Chi
A. Gordon KC
Bruce Cincy
J. Reddick Oak
Darvish Tex
Lincey SF

I was offered Adam Jones and a first rounder for my Bruce and my 3rd rounder. I am thinking it over, and if I decide on Jones, I am going to counter with a later pick on my behalf. Would you do this trade if draft pick is changed.

I prefer Jones to Bruce anyway. Getting an upgrade in draft picks is gravy. You can try to alter the pick you give up, but I would accept it as is if the other owner balks.

I'd make that trade as your squad has sufficient power as is and can take the hit if Jones falls off a bit next season.
