Deadline Venting

I cant stand when people say wait until 3 minutes before the deadline and Ill let you know. There really isnt much that changest from 3 hours until a couple minutes before. I had a standing offer and there were a slight variation on each deal. He said he would let me know which one he wanted then 2 minutes before the deadline he says no deal. Not only does it leave no time for further negotiation but when the offers are there I cant trade any of the other players involved because I have them in my mind traded to the other owner. Another owner for the 3rd straight year says he might be interested in people and then again 1 minute prior to the deadline gives me an offer then by the time i go online to accept it the deadline has passed. I understand that people want to wait and see and try to get the best they can for their team but there is a point when it becomes a bit too much.
