Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I'm in a 16-team keeper, trying to determine how much I'm willing to give for a shot at a title this year.
We keep 6 players, and I'm planning to keep 2 SP going into next year. My top 3 SP right now are James Shields, Johnny Cueto and Matt Garza.
With Garza done for the season, obviously a Garza for Matt Moore deal would make sense from a playoff push perspective. But what about a keeper perspective - Cueto is looking like a sure keeper right now, so do I pin my 2nd spot on either Shields or Moore, or is holding on to Garza the way to go?
Any words of wisdom appreciated!

I think Shields will have the best value for the ROS and for possibly next season, but Matt Moore def has the better long-term potential.
help with mine please:

Moore is a much better keeper then Garza. I'd do it.
