I trade Chris Sale and a 2013 3rd Rounder for CC and Longoria
I was thinking about keeping Sale (17th rounder) but could potentially be fine with keeping Kershaw(2), McCutchen(2), Goldschmidt(17), A. Escobar(17) next year. Since Sale might start getting rested more and CC is a beast late in the season and I could use the impact bat of Longoria's (my offense has been in the tank recently) Thoughts?
Quick help in return...

Def looks like a fair deal, but see if you could just give him a 4th instead of a 3rd. If he refuses to budge, then this deal is definitely fair imo.
help with mine please:

Only thing keeping me from a slam dunk yes is asking myself if Sale for CC is a lateral move. I would rather have and trust CC in September since he is a vet workhorse on a great team as opposed to a guy who although is on a playoff contender, a rookie who might have an inconsistent starter's schedule the next 6 weeks...

I would go for it. You wont get a talent like Longo with that 3rd round pick. CC and Sale are fairly even. Sale probably gets the edge because of his age but the upgrade of Longo makes this a good deal in my mind.
