4) Taijuan Walker
5) Tyler Skaggs
6) Jose Fernandez
7) Jameson Taillon
8) Xander Bogaerts
9) Christian Yelich
10) Zach Wheeler

Might throw Trevor Bauer or Danny Hultzen on that list if either get the call up in the final weeks and does well, but other than that I agree with everyone.

I'm becoming less impressed with Taillon. I know that he's developing but I need to start seeing K's. 7 K/9 in A ball is pretty mediocre since K rate usually declines at each level.

I'm all about Yelich, Fernandez and Bogaerts shooting up lists. they are having great seasons and they each have very good skills to back it up.

If I was making a list I would include anyone that I think will still be considered a prospect in the offseason because predicting opening day rosters is a nightmare. it's hard enough predicting who will get 130 PA's or whatever the cutoff is.

Here's a wild card for top 25 lists. Oswaldo Arcia. he is killing it for the Twins and could potentially pass Sano. He won't be better than an average corner defender and probably won't steal a lot of bases but I believe in the bat.
