Keeper League Trade

In a 6x6 head to head keeper league with 9 keepers, should I trade Kershaw for J. Upton and Middlebrooks? My team is pitcher heavy with Kershaw, Hamels, Bumgarner, Lee, Dickey, Haren, Fiers, and Straily. My batters include Fielder, Castro, Ortiz, Uggla, Headley, Revere, Billy Hamilton and V-mart. Would you do the trade and who would be in your 9 keepers?
