Did I make a good trade? Instant WHIR!

As some of you already know (through my posts), I've been struggling with a manager in order to make a trade work. I am 4.5 games behind first (4th place) and there is 4 weeks left in the season. I am in a 12-team keeper league (4 keepers for draft picks) and want to go all in this season.

How would you rate this trade? I hate some of the other managers that are in the top 6 so... I kind of want to ruin their days in the playoffs lol.

At a glance, it looks like a good trade for you, value wise.... Gave up a lot of struggling guys for a late push. That 3rd rounder seems more than acceptable getting holliday back.
