Cano for kinsler and n. cruz?

I'm in a 12 team h2h league. I definitely want cano.. I think his consistency is can be helpful for my team in h2h. Is this a fair trade or am I giving up too much?

Too much in general, I think.

One question: are you most likely going to make the playoffs or not? If so, check if Texas is at home or on the road during the playoffs.

If on the road, I think it's a reasonable trade, but probably too much.
If at home, I wouldn't trade Kinsler straight up for Cano,

So... Cano would take over from Kinsler on 2B (a def upgrade). Who would you use in your OF instead of Cruz?
