I can only have 4 total seasons out of my options above. And for what it's worth, my main goal is to win next year.

Machado and Rizzo are easily the best 2 options, and since you only get 4 years total here, that takes 3 of them, I would go with Hosmer. 2 years Machado, 1 year of Rizzo/Hosmer would be my play. Jennings just isn't going to make you much of a profit with that price tag. Hosmer is having a dismal season, but he could easily earn $20 or more next season with a solid bounceback. I just don't see Middlebrooks or Jennings outearning him.

These are all guys I like in the future though. Jennings in my opinion will be a better version of Drew Stubbs in terms of fantasy. If he can even hit for an average around .280 one season and stay healthy he will probably be top 20.
