One of my favorite players of all time and one of the most exciting perfectos ever in front of a great home crowd. So happy for him.

I had to work at 2:30, so I took my crank-powered radio to work and wore it around my neck and listened to the 8th and 9th innings. One of the most fun baseball experience of my life, for sure. Today was a good day.

Yeah, the Rays knew their role...it was only the 4th perfect game thrown against them in the last 5 years. 8-o

Take it easy on them! Only the third in four years - I think the other one was a no-no :-b

In other news, I would kill to have been there yesterday. Like felony murder style ...

Out of curiosity, what's the deal with the section where everyone wears a yellow shirt?

That's the area dubbed the "King's Court" - kind of fan-support thing that happens out in left (I think) whenever the King is on the bump ;-)

Got ya. I figured it was something like that. I really hope Felix remains in Seattle for the duration of his career.

On Tuesday they're changing it to the "Supreme Court" and giving the first 34,000 people yellow shirts, "K" signs to hold up with a picture of the end of Felix's perfect game, and also lowering ticket prices across the board for the day.

I'm going to be at the game.
