Drop Reddick for J. Jay or Rajai? whir

Postby cstorms » Wed Aug 15, 2012 1:19 pm

I am in a 12 team h2h and my team has been horrible for the last two weeks. I am in 3rd place and looking to get any type of boost possible to get in better position for the playoffs and maybe get a bye in the first round. My team got hit really hard by the DL and I've been struggling to get back to where I was. Should I make this move? I also have Plouffe and I'm thinkng about dropping him, but he has only been back for two days.

heres my team:

1B Justin Morneau (Min - 1B)
2B Ian Kinsler (Tex - 2B)
3B Chris Johnson (Ari - 3B)
SS Elvis Andrus (Tex - SS)
OF Curtis Granderson (NYY - OF)
OF Nelson Cruz (Tex - OF)
OF Eric Young (Col - 2B,OF)

SP Justin Germano (ChC - SP,RP)
RP Casey Janssen (Tor - RP)
RP Dale Thayer (SD - RP)
P Fernando Rodney (TB - RP)
P Chris Capuano (LAD - SP)
P --empty--

We're in the same situation actually. I have similar players and Reddick has also been driving me crazy lately. In your case, I'd hold on to him for a little while longer and opt to drop Plouffe instead. I believe that Reddick has a lot more potential and could hit at least 10-12 more homers this season (hopefully).

If you need help in the AVG department, I'd roll with Jay until he slows down. Based on your roster, I dont think you need steals, so Davis wouldn't be much help.

Help me?

Agree with the post above, I would drop Plouffe for Jay. Hold on to Reddick for now.

Help with mine please? viewtopic.php?f=26&t=451785
