Pitcher-heavy stats with bonuses for CG, SO, etc for this year only 8-TEAMER, lots for pitchers on the WW including Mr. Shutout Man Hiroki Kuroda and Matt Harrison.

His Votto+ for my Fister.

I have Pujols at first but I can slot Votto into my Utility spot when he returns, if he returns in time for the playoffs. It also costs me a valuable roster spot but Votto has huge upside for the playoffs if he comes back strong.

Tough call. Last week I would have said yes, but I just heard that he just Re-injured his knee and needed another "minor surgery" just this week. If he comes back for playoffs this is a steal, but then again if he needs more surgery ...

All depends on your position in the standings. If you are solidly in the playoffs and looking at your roster for the playoffs, take Votto.

If you are struggling to make the playoffs, do not take Votto.
