Looking forward to next season...which 6 would you keep?

Posey, Bumgarner, Kershaw, Miggy, Braun, Kemp, Machado, J Zimmerman, D Jennings

At this point, I am thinking I keep (Miggy, Braun, Kemp, Posey, Kershaw and Machado)...Is that a correct assumption or should I keep one of the other 3 (Jennings, Zimmerman or Bumgarner over one of the six I picked?)

You have the right keepers chosen. Bumgarner would be the seventh keeper and Machado would be the sixth. However, there is depth to be found in pitching and would rather have position players if you aren't keeping the top tier guys like Kershaw.

I'd keep Baumgartner over Machado, but otherwise like your choices. I take Baumgartner b/c I see him being a top 10 pitcher in the game for many years to come and Machado has played about 1 week so far (i.e. unproven). Your pitching would be set (with some fill-ins around those 2 aces) and you'd have a great base of hitting on which to build.

I would take Bum over Machado because Bum has a ton of potential.

not sure if you're still looking for help but even with Machado's power that he's shown lately, I'd still go with Bum over Machado.

I might be blind, in case I missed it, size of league? 5 OF, MI/CI? etc

Most of the time I'd get with Bum over Machado for sure. I am keeping Machado for a pretty penny even in a 10 team AL ONLY league, but in a mixed league 10 to even 14 teams, I think I'd rather keep Bumgarner and then do what you need to do on draft day to acquire Machado again. Look at it again in 2014 if you land him.

Agreed. Unless there is some sort of keeper costs or restrictions on how long you can keep them, go with your 6 best players.

Machado is atleast 1 full year away for next season I would keep Bum over him. all your other picks were on point.
