Enough for Bautista? WHIR

Postby CubsFan4Life23 » Fri Aug 10, 2012 8:45 pm

I give up Sandoval and Pence for Bautista?

Also have the opportunity to get Felix and Freeman for Jordan Zimmerman and Willingham...is that worth it?

10 Team H2H (5x5, OBP replaces AVG), keeper (we keep 6)
My team:

C- Posey
1B - Miggy
2B - ZObrist
SS - Jeter
3B - Prado
OF - Kemp
OF - Braun
OF - Jennings
U - Pence
U - Willingham
B - Machado
DL - Pablo, Bonifacio

Kershaw/Bumgarner/Fiers/Lee/Halladay/Latos/Zimmerman
Clippard/Chapman/Kimbrel

I feel like it is enough for him but I worry about him myself. I think I wouldnt do the deal personally. The other deal is interesting. I dont think the dropoff from Felix to Zimmerman is that big and I like the upgrade from Freeman to Willingham.

I feel like that would be enough, assuming he needs an OF. I'd probably hold off on the other deal. The gap between Zimm and Felix is not that great, and Willingham should put you in better position to win this year than Freeman, considering neither would likely be a keeper.

As a Bautista owner, I wouldn't take that deal if you offered it to me unless I was desperate for both 3B and OF.
For the rest of the year, it is fair. But since it is a keeper league it isn't even a hard decision.

I dont like the Bautista deal because of his injuries, but I DEF like the second deal. I would run and accept the second deal personally.

I'd do either one of those deals with no hesitation.
