Hello, I am currently in the cellar in my fantasy league, but I would like to improve my team because i"m friends with my remaining opponents for the year, and would like to knock them out of the playoffs. I want a solid pitcher and was wondering if trading Robinson Cano, Joe Blanton, and Bruce Chen to receive: CC Sabathia, Hunter Pence, and Lance Lynn, would be a good idea to improve my team

If you're getting rid of Robinson Cano, you need a name like Albert Pujols, Matt Kemp, Joey Votto, etc. in return.

The best player you're getting in return is a lower 1st tier pitcher. Not good enough.

If you're trying to improve your team, this is not the deal you want to be making.
