I think Hill is a better fit for your team. Having Uggla and Dunn on your team would give you virtually no chance at competing in average, and you're in a better position in the power categories than you are in runs/sb, which Hill will give you more value in.

I don't see anyone you can drop for Bailey. You could take a gamble and drop Affeldt for Bailey, but that's not a move I would make. Aceves looks too good in Boston.

Hill and Uggla seems to be a pretty lateral move, although I slightly prefer Uggla. But I would go with the hotter hand and whichever better fills your team.

I wouldn't pick up Bailey though. He may not even get his job back.
