I got Encarnacion for $3 in my 12 team auction with a $300 cap. That's worked out pretty well for me.

Rios and Sale hands down for me. Did grab Trout off WW in one league and that takes cake. Rios has been a stud.

Morrow in the 15th round was looking to be absolute robbery until his injury. Same for McCarthy in the 22nd.

Craig has been my biggest impact FA bat. He was undrafted but I immediately added him to my DL as soon as he became eligible.
He has absolutely crushed when hes played.

Sal Perez has also been a nice boost after dealing with 2 1/2 months of worthless Jesus Montero.

Laroche off WW
Nathan in the 15th round as the 27th closer drafted
RA Dickey in the 26th round
Adam Jones in the 7th
Carlos Beltran in the 11th

my team is loaded with players I stole, or made deals for

I feel that 2012, with all the injuries and rookies, has been particularly bountiful for these kind of players.

In my 12-team H2H points league (3 keepers):
- Trout, Kipnis, Austin Jackson, and Willingham were all undrafted
- Vogelson and Dickey went in the last round (19)
- Tumbo and Peavy went in Round 17
- Chris Sale went in Round 15

Kept Chris Sale for a dime in my auction/keeper league.
Wilin Rosario was a FA pick up.

Trumbo and Gio as late round picks have definitely made me look smart. Grabbing Crawford and stashing him on the DL has definitely worked out pretty well so far. Trout, Plouffe, Rizzo, and LaRoche have been great off the wire.
