trade deadline friday.... need help WHIR

Im in a H2H 11 team league weekly non keeper.
The trade deadline is friday. I currently have a couple of guys sitting on my bench that I am trying to move because I have no room for them. I was wondering what players i should try and move and what position do I need to target in a trade?

Nice team.

I'd try to move longoria for a 2b or SS, you can then rotate rizzo and bourn at util depending on if you need power or speed for the week.
