I know it is a copout but I think this list of 13 is a clear cut should make every top 20 list no matter what. The final 7 players in that top 20 are incredibly highly subjective.

You listed my top 12 and added Latos. Sorry, but after consecutive years of waiting until the break to turn it on, I cannot give him that solid no. 13 spot. I will fully agree with the aforementioned 12, but Latos does not get included.

I'll second that. He is still not right. His control is better but he is very hittable.

Yes, Wainwright looks like he is pretty much back in top form and he may even be a bargain in the 5th round.

166 ks / 133.1 innings = 1.247 k/inning x 215 innings = 268 Ks (Verlander did that once in a 240 inning season)

that to go along with his career 1.06 whip just screams of outrageous upside. I mean, if he ever builds the arm strength to go 240 innings you're talking about crazy Randy Johnson 300 k stuff. I think he's just on another level than any current pitcher.
