Both are good for you in my opinion. I'd be more inclined to accept the first one, if you're only looking to accept one or the other.

Well I could do both...Would you deal Jennings or Hosmer for Jeter, since I need a better SS than Cozart?

That's tough, but I think for your team I'd say deal hosmer because I think your power production guys are slightly stronger than your stolen base potential.

I would do the 1st trade. I think that works for your team. I would tend to stay put on the 2nd deal. I think Hosmer and Jennings should play well the last part of the year.

Jeter is a huge upgrade from Cozart and You have Panda coming off the DL soo, so you need to make room anyway. Trade Hosmer for Jeter, drop Cozart to make room for Panda, problem solved. Your team ends up much better than it was. The second trade is perfect for you.
