Hosmer and Seager for Youkillis, good trade? always whir!

Pitching aside however,I have been looking to up my production at first or in the outfield. Ike Davis has 1B eligibility, as well as Dunn, but no one else can fill my DH spot right now. Was offered Kevin Youlillis for Hosmer and Seager. This is a non-keeper league, so I dont have a lot of reservation about trading Hosmer in the midst of this disappointment of a season for him. Good trade?

I think this is a good deal for you.

Hosmer is going to be garbage the rest of the year, we all know that, and Kyle Seager is a no name nothing that happened to have an ok first half.

Youk is Youk.

Hosmer is 5 of his last 12. There are very few 'buy low' options remaining at this point in the season. Hosmer is one of them. I would much rather have Hosmer than the carcass that was one Kevin Youkilis moving forward.

I'd keep Hosmer on the chance that he turns it on, which he seems to be doing lately. I just have trouble viewing Youkilis as much of a fantasy asset anymore.
