Can someone explain to me what happened in the CLE/MIN game? I see that McAllister went 1.2, gave up 2 ER... and it's 13 - 1...

Gave up a couple runs, then there was an error that should have been the 3rd out of the inning. As a result, all ensuing runs that inning (and there were quite a few) were unearned.
