Trading for EE WHIR Always

Postby germani40 » Sun Aug 05, 2012 7:33 pm

I am trying to make a late push for the playoffs. A couple positiona that I could improve for the stretch run are SS and 3B. Right now I have Moustakas who has had a nice year and is still young and at short it was Bonifacio but hes hurt for 2-3 weeks possibly more. I have 5 OF that could start in on most teams in the league Dunn/Choo/Graderson/Reddick/Kubel even Zobrist has OF eligibility. I am going to be 6.5 out after tonight with 5 weeks to play in a 6x6 league. Also thought about targeting Holiday pointing out his age. We can also throw auction money for next years draft into trades we get $250 plus placement money for about 8 players.

We keep up to 16 per season

My question is do I include Moustakas and or Olt in the deal. My thinking at the moment is Moustakas, Reddick/Kubel/Dunn, Utley/Zobrist plus auction money for Encarnacion and Ciriaco.

Guy who has EE is rebuilding his roster

your goal is to get the best player in the deal...seems like you are giving too much for EE...also, dont you having the players the other owner will be intrigue to own....if you can get EE and ciriaco for zobrist, mouskakas & dunn you should consider yourself a lucky guy

If you do not feel like you have a very good shot to win it all this year, then I would just hold pat. You have some great keepers so I would just try to solidify your roster for next season.

Thanks for the help with mine.
