Done!!! I waived Ellis to solve my problem, now another arrives. As my Minor league SS - J.Segura (MIL) was just called up, and need to make room on my roster for him, have to waive a Pitcher now.....don't want to lose the talented prospect in Segura, since I have him for $1.

Its a fantasy point system league NOT a rotissere league where you lead in saves etc. Closers are not necessary in my starting lineup.

P - R.Betancourt $6 (239 FP on the season) (Rockies have been awful of late, no save situations for him in weeks)
OR
P - J.Blanton $1 (263 FP on the season) (currently in Dodger rotation what happens when Lilly returns?)
OR
P - K.Medlen $1 (189 FP on the season) (like his upside more then Blanton but does he go back in the pen with Hanson returns?)

I agree about Medlan's upside, and if closers are essentially no different than any other RP, I'd drop the six-dollar Betancourt.

Thanks for the help with mine.

I am hearing Lilly may be used in the pen. I'd say drop Betancourt.

Ellis is not irreplaceable... so I'd lean towards dropping him here.

Agree, I think Betancourt is a pretty safe drop.
