Choo or Butler in 5x5 H2H

Postby SlayeratCP » Thu Aug 02, 2012 11:52 am

Who will put up better numbers from here on out? This is a 12 team keeper for auction dollars - value each player can be kept at for next year in parentheses. Obviously they are both completely different players but I have a proposed trade as follows:

I give - McCutchen (33), Miley (15), Doumit (15), (Choo (24) or Butler (17))
I get - Granderson (24), Votto (52), Bumgarner (23), M. Montero (22)

I feel like Choo would be better for me to keep since he gets steals and I will lose them by parting with McCutchen. But Butler has been rock solid all year and would be cheaper to keep next year. Position eligibility isn't a problem for me. The trade is for a playoff push and the other manager is more interested in building next year
