opinion on trade

My team to trade Chase Headley, SD 3B & Jimmy Rollins, Phi SS for
Aramis Ramirez, Mil 3B & Ernesto Frieri, LAA RP

I have Theriot SS on my roster but not sure how good he really is.

also want to throw in Hicks OF for one of my prospects Lindor SS or Green SS

Frieri has been great this year and Aram > Headley. I'd do the deal.
