Proposed trade....WHIR

I've been offerd the following:

Kershaw, Goldschmidt, Freese
for
AGon, Granderson, Sabathia

I know on the surface this looks like a quick reject, but Goldschmidt/Freese would offer more in terms of average and K's....HR's and RBI's are pretty close. I think Kershaw would be a slight upgrade over Sabathia.
I'm leaning towards rejecting, but wanted to get some thoughts. Should I even attempt to make a trade or do you think I'm good with what I have?

Your initial thought was correct, this is a deal that you cannot make. While Kershaw and Sabathia are relatively close, AGon/Granderson vs Goldschmidt/Freese isn't close.
