Which player has higher keeper value? WHIR

David Wright or Evan Longoria? Standard roto league. Keep your best player, so no "cost" to either one. Who would you rather have for 2013. Can't keep either beyond that.

I think I take Wright. He has always been good and last year was the only year he's gotten injured. Longo continues to be injured and on the DL.

Txs for the reply to my post.....

Man....this one is a toughy!...lol

I don't think you can go wrong either way here so it's really based on personal preference. Longoria is younger but has been hurt (still...recovering) and so who knows how that will play into next season or what injury might pop up next season. Wright has been around longer and looking at career STATS pops a little more punch in the Avg and SB department.

Most might pick Longoria but I personally like Wright despite the fact that he has more wear and tear and so for next season who knows what will happen but he has been healthy for the most part of his career so....

I think it really matters who will be healthy and who won't and since nobody can predict the future then....the STATS are pretty even so I think you just look at it like an older Wright with more miles but a little better in certain STAT areas or a younger more fresh Longoria who is lights out when playing but has also been hurt most the season this year so how will that play out going further....I like Wright though (just personally)

I go with Wright for durability but Longoria definitely has a higher reward along with the injury risk. He produces more in all categories but steals. One knock against Wright is that his numbers, especially power and steals have been steadily decreasing.

Unless you play for big money, I'd take the higher risk and go with Longoria.
