Should I make this trade?

I would give up Brandon Phillips, Tim Lincecum, and Ben Sheets for RA Dickey, Allen Craig, and Aaron Laffey. What do you guys think of this? Should I do this or try and get a better pitcher instead of laffey? The owner proposing also has AJ Griffin, Mike Fiers, Chris Tillman, Zach McAllister, Ross Detwiller, and Ryan Vogleslong as his pitchers. His batters include joe mauer, Nick swisher, Alexi Amarista, Edwin Encarnation, Justin Ruggiano, Josh Hamilton, travis snider, Andre Either, Ryan Roberts, Asdrubal Cabrerra, Matt Holliday, Michael Brantley, and Salvador Perez.
