Also: I would train 4 years to medal in race walking. Do they even have that this year? It was like Monty Python created an olympic event. Always fun to watch on TV.
I'm pretty sure some Russian dude literally crapped his pants during the race walk event during these games.

hmm.. well, I am certainly not the best speller in the world, but spell-check doesn't seem to have any beef with it, except the word "villainize", which as far as I can tell is correct.
if there is anything severely egregious that you see, shoot me a PM and let me know so I can change it. I'd rather not look like a complete idiot if possible. I do a good enough job of that without spelling errors.
Effin ref decided to determine the outcome of the women's soccer semi between Canada and the US. Awesome game and a superhuman hatrick by Chrisitne Sinclair. Just a shame about how it had to be decided.
Heartbreaking loss of the Canadian women's soccer team. Heartbreaking 66 game match loss for Milos Raonic. Heartbreaking crash for Canadian flagbearer Simon Whitfield in the triathlon today. Heartbreaking loss for top ranked Canadian women's boxer Mary Spencer. Heartbreaking last place finish for Canadian medal hopeful triathlete Paula Findlay. can't go on
Don't worry. As soon as sawing wood, throwing axes, dogs jumping into a lake, and stomping on other competitors faces becomes Olympic events, I'm sure you'll win a few more medals. Probably still a bronze, but hey, at least it's something.
This has been New Zealand's 2nd best Olympics EVER All 5 of our golds have been boat-related Because of the nothern hemisphere times I've only caught 2 of our golds live, but that's still awesome
Australia on the other hand, worst Olympics since 1988. Hilarious. Saw someone on TV complaining that failure this time is due to lack of money. WHAAAAAAAAAT? (Australia spends hundreds of millions on their team)
