Building a Phpbb board

Hey guys, long time no talk...

I started a Michigan football site about six months ago (Tremendous) and it's blossomed into one of the most popular Michigan football sites on the internet. So much so, in fact, that we're looking to build a professional site and I may be able to quit my day job within the next few months. One thing that we needed to do was build a message board, and I wanted to build one very similar to the Cafe. How difficult is it to develop a phpbb message board and if possible, would somebody be interested in developing it? There would be pay involved.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Does it sell Louis Vuitton wallets, and 3 t-shirts for $10?

Here's the beauty of it all... phpbb is already built and fully functional. All you would have to do is install it and customize it to your liking. Many web hosts (not the free ones though) have ready-to-install scripts on the server. All you would have to do is click, enter some basic information, and you're ready to go. It's usually part of Softaculous or Fantastico.
