Trade Longoria or Wright?

I have a few trade options available to me in a 12-team roto league in which I am currently in 2nd place, but really struggling on the pitching side and could use an upgrade. We also keep top 3 players each season. It's 6x6 Roto (add doubles and Holds)

I can trade Longoria or David Wright for 2 of Cain, Baumgartner, and Gio Gonzalez. I could also hold tight and keep Longoria for next season. alternatively, I could try and a top position player for Longoria (would love Kemp, but doubt his owner would go for that swap). Thoughts?

Current planned keepers would be Longoria, Wright, and probably Matt Holliday.

Longoria, no doubt. Wright could have a little more power but he should be anything but 'untouchable' in his career season. Definitely for cain, and i like bumgartner and gio about the same the rest of the way

I like Longo for Cain and Bum. I particularly love Bum. However if you aren't going to keep a pitcher...Bum or Gio are equal really.

I also agree with the previous posters. However, in my league, Longoria's value is not high enough to get Cain and Baum.
