with Matt Harvey set to clear waivers tomorrow, I have the #2 waiver in my keeper league and can keep him for $2 of my 8 player $90 cap if I claim him. The only $2 keepers are rookies claimed after they are added, and given all the prospects Yahoo has put in, they are a rare lot. The only other guy I can think of who isn't in Yahoo and would be worthy is Taijuan Walker, but no guarantee he comes up this year (in fact I would bet he doesn't at all). Jake Odorizzi, Mike Olt, and Carlos Martinez are the other guys I can think of.
This isn't as much of a DTKW question as much of a "...who else is there, who are you holding out for?"
how does yahoo even decide which prospects are added to yahoo before they come up to the majors? Billy Hamilton has been in yahoo this season, but he was only in the low minors and unlikely to come up to Cincinnati this season. if you're going to add a bunch of them, why not just add them all.

I believe that if the Reds make the playoffs, Hamilton will get called up to act a pinch runner soon after.
