"I’m more then willing to work with you to get a trade consummated. I’m in complete rebuilding mode and willing to give you Harper, Panda/Butler, fister and kennedy for Upton, Napoli and lincy or hanson"

I would do it
Butler & Lincecum being the 2 AND/OR players...
problem is who do you drop.
Altuve or Revere almost has to be the guy by default.

Butler & Fister would be pieces you should look to move after the fact.

But Harper is better value then Upton
Kennedy should edge out Lince.
leaves fister & Butler for Napoli...& I am high on Salvador Perez..so I say GO FOR IT.

He's trying to buy low on your three guys. Harper is exceeding the expectations of a 19 yr old in the big leagues, but he's not really more valuable than say someone like Alex Rios at this point.

I have faith that Upton is going to go bananas in the 2nd half. Napoli is starting to get hot and his 2nd half last season was just redunkulous. I don't have faith in Lincecum however. I would attempt to dumb the deal down and see what he would give for Timmay! & Sal Perez.

I don't understand how your team is in a 12 team league...It pretty much looks like you have the top 20 guys in baseball. How did you work that out?

I mean, Fielder, Pedroia, Cabrera, Hanley, Braun, Ellsbury, J-up, A-Gonz, Beltre, Stanton, Ortiz, Kershaw, Halladay, Sabathia, Kimbrel, Chapman, Greinke, Lincecum...

How do you have so many elite players??? This sounds like a team in a 4 man league...

He's offering me Harper, Butler and Kennedy for my J.Upton, Napoli and Lincecum OR Hanson

Yes I am sold on it. Harper is 20 years old, J-UP now is 25. JUP has slowed down since his torrid start and is a great player in his own right, Harper will be elite. You are also getting Billy Butler who is about as solid as you can get at 1B, just plug him in and get .300/20/85+ and never worry about it. All you are giving up at this pt in time is Upton. Napoli is already and either pitcher is trash at this stage of their career and your pitching is already strong. Perez will finish with similar numbers as Napoli and Butler will slide in nicely in your UTL.

Make the deal.

Only because of your depth and the fact that it's a keeper I would get Harper while you can. I am a huge fan of j-up, but Napoli is older, Lincecum is garbage, and you are getting back two other useful players as well. Pull the trigger.
