I found my self in a two dog fight before the AS break in my NL dynasty. I emptied the cupboards trading my prospects and good keepers to go for it. Gave away Strasbourg, a min contract Santiago casilla and Adam laroche to get back Stanton (DL) Votto (DL) and Halladay (sucking). Trades just not working for me. I still have a superstar team with Hart, Braun, Ruiz, Reyes, Pierre and kimbrel but I am falling out of the race. Got Kershaw and Harrell going today trying to stop the bleeding.

Ryan Vogelsong has thrown 15 straight quality starts. the only non-quality start he's had this year was 6 innings and 4 ER in his third start of the season. his ERA is sitting at 2.26. two years ago he was cut by the phillies after putting up a 6.14 BB/9 in AAA. baseball continues to blow my mind.

also, Buster Posey is a god among men.
