I would just leave Swisher in there. You don't need the speed impact as much as you might need the power, runs, and RBIs.

Swisher is pretty awful, kills your AVG and gets no SB. While it's true you don't truly need the speed, I would rather have Jennings in there, who could provide some pop in addition to contributing to the other categories.
