So I was thinking of dealing Bourn for Zimmerman for that upgrade at 3B. Do you think I need it/can sacrifice the speed?

Is that Hanley or Aramis at 3B? Either way, even though you will lose some speed I think Altuve, Trout, Jennings and a few others will keep you aloft some. You could use some pop, so if you're willing to risk Zimmerman's injury history then go for it. He's only 27 so he'll be good to have for the upcoming years.
