I actually like both trades. You are stacked at OF and you can slide pence or willingham into the in place of jones. Same for SS in place of Andrus with Jennings/Plouffe/Bonifacio. Greatly upgrading your second base with kipnis/walker and CC/johnson will be a great addition to your pitching staff.
