Trade Votto in a Keeper league? 10-team 1st place HELP PLZ

I'm in a 10 team Head-to-head KEEPER (keep 12 of 24) league with 9 hit stats(R, H,HR, RBI,SB,BB, AVG,OPS, XBH) & 8 pitch stats (W, CG, SV, K, GIDP, ERA, WHIP, QS). We are allowed 30 moves and 2 DL spots

A Guy in my league is very interested in Votto. Althought this is a keeper league, I'm currently in first and want to win this year, obviously. I do need some help in the pitching department and there is nothing on the wire. I need wins, saves and SB. Maybe I'll look to also upgrade rollins for something better


Should I trade away Votto, I still have braun, McCutch, wright, kipnis, carrying some wieght and we can only keep 12. Any options or opinions welcome. I like Josh Johnson and Wainwright, and he does have trout and harper and carbrera. This team is currently in last place and is rebuilding for next year so there are draft picks to be exchange as well in his favor.
