It's between Fister and Niese, and I think it will be Niese by a little bit. Aside from one recent blow up he's been stellar and he pitches in the NL, so he should find more favorable lineups to pitch against than the Tigers. However, I do think Fister will end up with a few more wins given the team he's on, though Niese may end up getting a better bullpen if the Mets trade for a closer and boot Parnell back to setting up.

I'd go with Niese, but Fister is a close second.

It's definitely between those two. I'd lean toward Fister because he'll likely post better ratios and has a better chance of netting wins (as mentioned). His K-rate doesn't match that of Niese, but it's not bad either. I like Fister a lot in the 2nd half.
