16 Team Keeper League - H2H - Points System

Help me fill out my everyday starting lineup card for my 16 team keeper league team with the below players, positions are as follows:
C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF (x3), DH and UT

Some of the choices are no brainers, like catcher since I only have one, but I'm definitely on the fence with my outfield and some of my infield as well with many players performing similarly as of late.
