Should there be a consistent weekly pickup limit added to the constitution for the 2013 season and beyond?

If this measure passes, there will be a poll to determine an appropriate number of weekly pickups.

Voted no. We're all bros here. No one has really abused streaming that I've noticed. The big drawback from weekly move caps comes in the championship where I believe it doesn't take the 2 weeks into affect.
